May 24, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – A federal district court has rejected the Missouri-based College of the Ozarks’ request to temporarily block the Biden administration from imposing a slate of new requirements on the Christian school to recognize and accommodate the “gender identity” of gender-dysphoric students.
One of President Joe Biden’s earliest acts was signing an executive order declaring the “policy of my Administration to prevent and combat discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation, and to fully enforce Title VII and other laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation.” It cites cites the U.S. Supreme Court’s Bostock decision claiming that federal law’s prohibition on discrimination “because of … sex” extends to “discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation.”
Last month, the college filed a lawsuit to prevent itself from being forced to change its longstanding policy of separating male and female students in intimate facilities such as dormitories, arguing that Biden’s executive order contradicts the long-settled understanding of “sex” as biological under the federal Fair Housing Act.
“Occupancy and access in the college’s residence halls are separated by biological sex, not identity, and that residence in student housing depends on compliance with the student code of conduct, including the commitment to avoid all sexual relations outside of a marriage between one man and one woman,” says the suit. But the White House’s edict “requires private religious colleges to place biological males into female dormitories and assign them as females’ roommates.”

I’ve visited the CotO campus several times. The Keeter Center is amazing! Better book at least a month in advance for the Sunday Buffet!
That said, CotO does NOT compromise. They cancelled their contract with Nike. They promised to walk away if anyone at their athletic events took a knee.
AND, no tuition! Students there work 15 hours a week for the education and room and board! And an excellent education it is!
Forget the courts. In this matter there will never be justice via the courts.
The only way this can be arrested is by complete and utter refusal by a significant number of institutions to follow these illegal and immoral directives.
Is that going to happen? No it is not. Where does that leave us? Behind the 8 ball and heading for the corner pocket.

Have the students state their sex in a dorm provision request letter and require them to post that letter via the United States Postal Service.
That will get the mail fraud statute activated.
Just refuse to obey. They count on fear based compliance. Simply announce you WON’T do it no matter what. Go Gandhi and MLK. It’s very powerful.
They act like they don’t care, but they are terrified at the idea of having state police or FBI dragging away the Dean and of a large crowd disobeying. It’s time to actively resist in such ways.
And Gandhi didn’t have a second amendment backing him up if they decide to go full nazi.
If they're really truly private, then it seems to me they'd have a case for giving FedGov the finger. But if they accept the FedGov's lucre, then they dance to the FedGov's fiddler.

The Keeter center has several very nicely furnished rooms on the second floor that rent for about $180/night.
Outside the college chapel is a replica of the Liberty Bell and it was cast in the same foundry that cast the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia.
The college has a small but interesting museum that has the original Beverly Hillbillies auto, household items from the 20s, 30s, 40s plus a collection of rifles

They should start refusing any form of government money. Then they can do what they want.
If they exist at all, why not this? Doesn't have to be a whole new building.

Don’t let them in. Harvard freely discriminates against oriental kids. I think a Christian school should just reject perverts and mentally ill.
