Many thanks to everyone for all your prayers. Our Lord hears us and he definitely intervened to ensure His Will be done. The Holy Spirit provided guidance and peace, all in our Savior’s Name. Once again Good has shown He is faithful and will never leave his children. Thank you so much Lord for the brother’s and sister’s in Christ here on FR who offered prayers. Thanks so much, you did so much to powerfully intervene for my family.
Final update. Father received a temporary order until mother completes a psychological evaluation. She now has six hours of supervised visitation on weekends. She has to pay for everything. She may also have to pay $10k in legal fees for the over 20 frivolous subpoenas she filed. Judge place a protective order of information so she cannot receive anything from the school records.
She had contravened the judge’s order and somehow got all our family therapy records, which she used in court to attack me. The judge was angry about that, which was a huge factor in his decision. God protected me.
The visitation supervisor called lady night and said the mother is setting up her supervised visits, which cost $85 per hour. This is actually a lower price than what the country charges. Nevertheless, mother balked and claimed she can’t afford it because she’s unemployed. The supervisor suggested she get a job.
The children did well yesterday. Perhaps they are relieved deep down inside they are getting a break from psychological abuse.
It’s been a rollercoaster over the years but the biggest thing I’ve learned is about God’s power, faithfulness and mercy, and that He is fully trustworthy. All thanks and glory to our Lord.
