Absolutely.
I read the whole Bible every year and refuse to buy into the nonsense that the OT is obsolete. Jesus quoted it as authoritative. If these people are right, then He was wrong. Same for the twelve and the apostle Paul. They all believed in the only "scripture" that existed in their day.

note though that the Apostles and Jesus rejected the ORAL Torah - this was the extrapolation of the Mosaic laws and were what the Pharisees preached.
The ORAL Torah was later codified and expounded upon in the Talmud.
