He doesn’t need to have a registered 501c3 to be tax exempt. The State doesn’t have the right to tax the Church, it’s already in the law and was the case at our founding, prior to any agency known as the “IRS”. Even the 501c3 law states “EXCEPT CHURCHES”.
This has been used to muzzle the Church for too long.
