What always amazed me is that through the various calendars from the Hebrews, through the Julian Calendar, the Gregorian Calendar, and even the Muslim calendar, EVERYone agrees when Saturday and Sunday are. The French revolutionaries were able to make the metric system stick for much of the world, but not their idiotic metric calendar.
I hadn't thought of that! That's an amazing factoid!
Why do I feel one leg is longer than the other? The silly French did not really try to make a metric calendar, did they? Did they have 100 seconds in a minute and 10 hours in a day?

They all agree because they all ignore the instructions Ezekiel received..

2. 1st work Day- gate shut
3. 2nd work Day- gate shut
4. 3rd work Day- gate shut
5. 4th work Day- gate shut
6. 5th work Day- gate shut
7. 6th work Day- gate shut
8.7th Day Sabbath- gate open
9. 1st work Day- gate shut
10.2nd work Day- gate shut
11.3rd work Day- gate shut
12.4th work Day- gate shut
13.5th work Day- gate shut
14.6th work Day- gate shut.. Passover Lamb slain
15.7th Day Sabbath- gate open. Unleavened Bread/Burial rest
16.1st work Day- gate shut. First Fruits/raised the 3rd day
If there was a temple in Jerusalem, some priest would be responsible for the gate.
And have a problem trying to figure out what to do on the Day of the New Moon.
The above is the template that is found in the scriptures.
It’s also the template that proves Passover,the 14th Day, isn’t Friday every year, but it is His 6th work day, every month and every year.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will go bye bye someday.
And Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits, His 14th,15th,16th days will be restored to it’s proper place as His 6th, Sabbath,1st days..
The Apostle Saul/Paul described this is the first/chief importance of the gospel.
Probably why Satan counterfeits it with his Friday, Saturday, Sunday..
EVERYone agrees with Satan’s version because there is no priest in Jerusalem responsible for shutting and opening the inner gate facing East..
That priest would have a real problem squeezing 8 days into Satan’s 7.
The Sovereign doesn’t use Satan’s 7 that EVERYone uses.
He uses His Sun,Moon,Stars, His Word and His Son, to tell time.
And the New Moon Day isn’t one of His 6 work days or His Sabbath, just like Ezekiel was instructed.
It’s a set apart day for His Purposes and His Glory.
Like the Head of every month.
And in the middle of every month, stands a Lamb, the Passover Lamb slain..
Quite a Revelation.
