‘For now, it’s up to the states to determine whether women get reproductive health care, and in North Carolina they still can, thanks to my veto and enough legislative votes to sustain it,’ said Democrat governor Roy Cooper.
RALEIGH, North Carolina (LifeSiteNews) – Democrat Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina signed an executive order Wednesday that he claims is designed to protect abortion “rights” in the state following the Supreme Court’s overturn of Roe v. Wade last month.
Provisions of the order include having cabinet agencies protect abortion providers and seekers from criminal liabilities and protecting them from extradition, insofar as North Carolina and federal law will allow.
The order does not change North Carolina law. Measures of the order state that cabinet agencies and the governor’s office “should coordinate with each other and pursue opportunities to protect people or entities who are providing, assisting, seeking or obtaining lawful reproductive health care services in North Carolina.”
Measures further stipulate that cabinet agencies may not require pregnant employees to travel into states with abortion bans that do not exclude health protections for the mother. The order also forbids cabinet agencies from helping other states to investigate out-of-state visitors to North Carolina who may have had an abortion in the state, and prevents the governor from helping extradite those who provided or sought an abortion providers in the state.

It is up to Pro-life organizations to now challenge this in court and eventually get it rescinded because it has no basis in the Constitution. This will be our task in all the states for the foreseeable future. State by state, skirmish by skirmish. Continue to work and pray.

I have suspected Durham of being one of the counties but there are several that could also be part of it.
Looks like the cheating was accomplished with mail in ballots. They allowed people to mail in a ballot postmarked as late as ELECTION DAY. Then they stopped counting and gave these “mail in” ballots NINE DAYS TO GET THERE PAST ELECTION DAY. What they basically did was created the ballots they needed during this time to install Commie Cooper, again. I think they knew better than to deny Trump the win since his support was so strong but they needed POS Cooper in there to push the covid scam along with the covid hell they put the state through.
Cooper is on the CCP’s friendlies list.
NC needs a Board of Election colonoscopy.
I have yet to find out WHO authorized to allow these ‘postmarked day of election’ mail in ballots and give them NINE DAYS TO GET THERE.
