I’d love to see some research if something like that were ever implemented.
Each county gets three votes. Your guy/gal dominates, they get all 3. Your guy/gal wins, but doesn’t dominate, they get 2 - loser gets 1, so they can say they got something.
And do that for all statewide offices: Gov, Lt Gov, SecState, AG. I’m thinking, the country would have less than 10 Dems running anything.
And then parlay that into getting rid of the 17th Amendment and the rest is history. Now, that’s not to say that the Republican’s are all that much better, especially when you take into account most of the current crop on the state and federal level. Most of the state level ones are as much a RINO as any in DC, if not worse. Look no further than Kemp.
