all sinners are welcome to come to Jesus and repent of their sins, and that includes sodomites.
But they must repent, which means they must admit their debauchery is a sin, which I doubt they will do. So if they wont repent of their sins, then they are not welcome (just like every other sinner who wont repent and continues to insist on rebelling against Gods wishes)
