The Church is a divided house, retired Philadelphia Archbishop Charles Chaput told CatholicNewsAgency.com (February 10).
Regarding San Diego homosexualist Robert McElroy, the archbishop noted that "unfortunately many of his convictions are wrong and contrary to the faith of the Church."
Chaput explained that he is surprised and many good people are confused and scandalised, that McElroy hasn’t been publicly corrected by the [decadent] Holy See.
Rather than being corrected, Bergoglio has recently elevated his boy, McElroy, to the college of cardinals.

At this point, after 10 years of Bergoglio, I’m guessing that Abp. Chaput is “surprised” in the same way that Claude Rains was surprised that gambling has happening at Rick’s Place in Casablanca.
It’s been 40 years since I saw Casablanca.
I do think that it is Romanitas, which means his statement translated into English is to the effect that: in a Platonic world in which we do not live the Holy See would do it’s job and stop McElre up short, but that the odds are much better that the Saints will devour the Lions in the superbowl next year.
Geez I thought he was talking about the golfer.
The Holy See will never correct McElroy as it must be staffed by the Homo Lobby. The Homos want to relax and change the Church to alter Christ’s Teachings, but his Teachings are the essence of the Holy Church and without them there is no Catholic Church. This is where Pope Francis has gone astray, Christ taught the Laws of God and can never be altered.
McElroy is one of Bergoglio’s golden boys. He made him a cardinal (the first ever for that diocese) while Los Angeles and San Francisco do not have cardinals.
