Go back and see that the author attributes the Leo Hohmann article to Hohmann. Only the prefacing remarks are attributed to the blog owner.

That's dishonest and tantamount to plagiarism unless Hohmann granted permission for his article to be used in its entirety.

It appears to be an attempt to make it look like Hohmann writes for this blog.

Does he?

Hohmann makes his living from his blog. Why isn't this theft?

Fair Use laws apply to all material unless approval has been granted by the author.
