The statement was there is no such thing as mild myocarditis. This is an untrue statement. There are very mild cases of myocarditis. Any many of the rare myocarditis related to the vaccine are mild and self limited.

Hi Sicko, Inflammation of the heart muscle (myocarditis) means you shouldn’t exercise. It can often have no symptoms, especially in young people, who therefore don’t know their heart is inflamed.

‘Mild’ myocarditis can kill you if you exercise and you don’t know you have it.
