(My Comment): It sounds like the WHO, WEF, and China are of the same controlling nature and ilk that signifies the death of privacy and individuality.
All of this, as well as the usurpation of national sovereignty, is a violation of Constitutional and the Bill of Rights,
both of which are designed to restrict government from allowing, or participating in such action.
This is nothing short of a power coup !
