Notwithstanding that Jews who reject Christ as the Messiah and the Son of God are just as condemned as anyone else who likewise rejects Him: is or is not the modern nation-state of Israel a manmade creation?

Maybe it’s old, you still can’t wipe away the fact that for decades “Christian” Russia murdered their own babies at a rate that would make the ancient worshippers of Ba’al blush.

Given that the USSR was an officially atheistic state as a matter of state policy, claiming that Russia's high abortion rate during those decades was somehow a reflection of its Orthodox heritage is a very uncharitable take.

The US is headed for one hell of a tribulation, just not sure what it’s going to be.

The USA will be taken out, probably within hours. David Wilkerson's book "The Vision" foretold of a sudden natural disaster that would hit the middle part of the United States, if memory serves.

I would go further than that. I am under the belief that the San Andreas fault, the Cascadia fault, the New Madrid and the East Coast faults all go at the same time and basically the USA is almost totally obliterated.

I know that scenario doesn't give anyone warm fuzzies, and I shudder to even think of something like that happening, but the cup of God's Wrath against this nation has got to be at a tipping point and natural disasters have always been a method of judgment in the past, and I believe this aligns with scripture in Revelation 6:12-17 though it could certainly come much sooner.

As for Gog/Magog and the war with Russia/Islam, if, and I say if, Psalm 83 is indeed a regional war with islamic-backed nations around Israel, then after that conflict takes place and Israel makes significant gains of their lands, then the whole Gog/Magog war takes on a new light. After both of those conflicts are won by God, and Russia/Islam is destroyed, then the vacuum left will certainly be filled by the anti-christ.

As a follow up, and something I forgot to put in the original post, is that I firmly believe that end time events "most likely" won't happen as we foresee, at least not entirely. It won't be until:

1). we sit at the feet of Christ in Heaven, or

2). the remnant that is left after the Tribulation, which won't be many, bear witness to everything that happened,

that we'll finally see and understand the how and why.

I guess not knowing the complete Will of Christ makes prophesy such a frustrating topic for the masses and makes for "animated" conversations. But as long as we practice patience and keep our minds open to the fact that we do not know how everything will exactly play out, we'll have a much easier time discussing it.
