Maybe America was once a Christian nation with Christian values and a Christian way of looking at life. Or maybe it wasn’t. I don’t even care where you stand on that controversy; the fact is most American churches assumed it was true. The crazy thing is, most American churches still act as if it were true.
And it’s killing us. It’s been strangling us slowly for decades. We preach and teach as if we all lived in comfortable Christendom, when we ought to be praying and preaching and training like missionaries in a hostile foreign culture. Because that’s exactly where we are.

Christianity in the West is now feminized. Western men are the last holdouts against Islam. Within the next generation, you may see many people in the West convert to Islam.
Yes, and much of the sleeping American Church will wonder why this has happened since they've been faithfully supporting the "mission field over there" but not the godless hostile one all around them.
Islam conquered by the sword. But ALSO by appealing to the feelings of disaffected men in the targeted societies.
A dangerous percentage of men in the West feel alienated and unappreciated. Feminism's power in a society is built upon sand, and sand may shift quickly.

The West has become at BEST secular, at worst outright atheist.
Religion lives inside of little pockets, where it has been pushed into. Those be geographic (a church) or within a common interest group, but it is devoid in our laws, public policies, arts and entertainment (except in a negative portrayal), public education (except where attacked as backward and unscientific).
The arts tell you about the values of a society. That’s always been the case.
Today what do the arts tell about us?
Our monuments, architecture, modern main stream music, dance, theater, movies, literature, paintings, sculptures???
What values does modern art talk to? It’s all about shock, being scandalous, breaking with conventions, creating something people will talk about, but devoid of any higher ideas, values, human virtues... Norman Rockwell is dead, in more than one way.
In fact, what are we doing to christian symbols in our public offices, parks, etc?
People will laugh at you for stating such, but Christianity is already under attack, only those being attacked in part do not see or believe such. The slow creep of this has created a new sense of what normal with each passing year and generation. There is disbelief that the creep continues.

I have a feeling that technology is a reaon. Jobs requiring manly physical strength are being more and more done by machines.
Also you can’t leave out birth control. That has masculinized women.
The unseen Battle continues but The War is Won by the Cross. The Lord’s eternal Kingdom is being filled in This Age of Grace. Christ Will soon crush that old serpent and establish God’s administration at The New Jerusalem.
We Witness and Wait.
We are ripe for conquest by Islam. It wouldn't take long. Not too confident of a Great Awakening in the West. Orthodox Eastern Europe may be the last bastion of Christianity alive.
The alternative to Christianity is not secular hedonism. It is Islam.
An Islamic society is a better society than secular hedonism.
