A "deeply alarming" situation has unfolded in Colorado, where a Christian-owned coffee shop has reportedly been under fire by LGBT activists, communists, and others over the owners' "biblical stance on sexual sin."
"Since its opening last month, The Drip Café, a Christian-owned coffee shop ministry in Denver, has been targeted by protesters over its belief that homosexuality is sinful," Christian Post reporter Ian Giatti wrote earlier this month. "Owner Jamie Sanchez believes the Denver communists and other LGBT protesters were triggered by Scripture on the website of his coffee shop's parent nonprofit Recycle God's Love, which ministers to the local homeless population."

Another example of the fundamental difference between a (classical) liberal society and a progressive society.
In a liberal society, there’s freedom of association. You can pick your friends, also your business associations, your church, your family, etc. These choices often involve a mix of considerations: price and quality, we can say. But, quality is often an all-in part of a product or service. For example, does a store prominently display pornography, cigarettes, alcohol and gambling at the checkout stand? Maybe you want to bring your business to a store with a more wholesome presentation, even if not as convenient.
But, what if we’re talking about a public utility? For example, the one and only company in your location that sells natural gas through the pipeline system? With public utilities, freedom of association doesn’t work to regulate the market. There IS NO market. It’s a kind of monopoly called a public utility. So, the rule is that public utilities should accommodate the public at large. They should be as non-objectionable as possible. This is the way liberals think.
Not progressives. Progressive have direct access to “the truth” and, furthermore, every business is socialist. There is no freedom of association. So, if you have a bakery shop, or a photography shop, or - in this case - a coffee shop, the state tells you whom you must serve, and how, and also whom you must hire. And, if they decide, how to decorate your shop. For example, with pictures of homoesexuality, bestiality, sado-masochism, pederesty, and what have you.
We know the agenda.

There is nothing new under the sun.
Throughout my entire adult life I am constantly reminded of the biblical examples and how they play out in our daily walk. All of these examples from the least to the absolute worse consistantly provide insight to the Truth that is ever present in The Word.
