I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

MANY WANT TO SPEND ETERNITY WITH GOD BUT DON’T WANT TO SPEND TIME WITH HIM NOW

Heavenly Father, God Most High, Ruler Supreme,

As you sit on Your Throne watching a world in chaos, turmoil and distress, we as believers in Your Son Jesus are so grateful that You bring solace to our hearts and minds. We are a country gone awry . . . teetering on the brink of total destruction by our own doing. The country You birthed to spread the Gospel is looking like a cesspool of evil. Just like You said in Your Word, there will be antichrists in all facets of life with willing followers. . .even some in churches.

I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. 1 John 2:7

Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour. 1 John 2:18

Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist—denying the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. 1 John 2:22-23

Holy Spirit, please guide us on the path we should take as Christians to right wrongs . . . to search our souls about our willingness to count the cost of our faith and dedication to follow Jesus (loss of jobs, loss of relationships with friends and family members, persecution, or even death).

We pray for those victimized by tragedy in our country:

. . Those who have lost loved ones, livelihood, homes, churches from the fire in the Hawaiian Island of Maui that reduced the town of Lahaina to ashes. We pray for safety and protection for first responders, volunteers and leadership during this devastating disaster

. . . .Those affected and suffering from the droughts, storms, extreme temperatures, loss of jobs, sex trafficked and perversion at all age levels, the unjustly incarcerated and broken relationships.

School will be starting next week in many districts. . .we are praying that You will be welcomed by administration, staff, parents, and students to be The Difference in the lives of all involved. We pray for curriculum that is in keeping with Your precepts. We ask in the Name of Jesus that school leaders, parents, community members, and also students are willing to take a stand for righteousness as well as respect for our Constitution.

We pray for Freepers who are having health problems. We acknowledge that You are the Master Healer. We claim healing for our fellow Freepers in Jesus Name giving You all praise, honor and glory.

Dear Lord, we beseech Thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !

Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over Your children ! Send forth Your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !

Prayer For Spiritual Awakening And Growth

Dear Father in heaven, I have been drifting for too long in my spiritual walk and I know that I need a spiritual wake-up call. I pray that by Your grace, You would help me to waken myself up from this spiritual slumber and turn from any spiritual laziness and indifference I may have shown towards You. Rekindle the smoking embers of my faith and hope, my trust and obedience, I pray.

How I praise and thank You that by grace You sent Your Holy Spirit to indwell my heart and that my body has now become a holy temple of God. Forgive me Lord, for the times I have ignored this truth and have neglected to live this out in my life.

Forgive me for the many times I must have grieved or quenched Your work in my life, and renew a right spirit within me, I pray. Help me Lord, to put away my carelessness or attitude of indifference and may I grow in grace and in a knowledge of You, knowing that this is Your will in the lives of each of Your children.

Uphold me with Your righteous right hand and keep me ever looking to Jesus, Who is both author and finisher of my fatih. This I ask in His name, Who died for me so that I might live with Him in glory,

who sacrifice greatly to keep our borders safe and the patriots who attempt to save our country.
