Any creature that is not 100% human is simply not eligible for redemption unto God through His Son, because the blood of Christ is 100% human, and therefore applicable to humans only.

Yep. And that DMT connection is so bizarre. But I guess it underscores the idea that we are dealing with consciousness itself and not nuts and bolts (philosophical) materialism.
These are “Geniuses” like the ones at the WEF.
Like the one on a video from the last WEF annual meeting where the guy said something like “our clouds will all powerful, like Amazon Cloud and Microsoft Cloud, not some “god” in the clouds above us” as he derisively jabbed his index finger towards the sky. (I have to paraphrase, but that was the content and tone of what the scumbag said)

Along this thought pattern, I have tried to understand what the mark of the beast is. Whatever it is, it changes a human so that they become permanently irredeemable. Two possible natural suggestions;
First, as you pointed out, there is the possibility that these people have their DNA changed are are no longer fully human. A chimera (sic?) composed of some hybrid through DNA modification.
Second, there is the possibility that some sort of digital/brain interface is employed whereby these individuals permanently lose their free will as they are permanently bound to a digital matrix, which controls their free will.
There is the third possible reason, which is a permanent spiritual loss of one’s soul to evil, while still alive in the body, which is beyond the natural reasons in 1&2 above.
The first two suggestions make technical sense, but the third is supernatural, with the further notion that this would mean we would have permanently, irredeemably, evil possessed souls walking amongst us. We have evil souls walking amongst us now, however, even these souls can repent, which is not yet “the mark”.
Those who knowingly accept the mark will be utterly irredeemable.
Arrogance on display.
