Homosex activist John Stowe, "bishop" of Lexington, Kentucky, is applauding Francis' statement that priests can "bless" homosex concubinages at their whim.
Speaking to Time.com (October 4), he said that homosex "blessings" can be of "great significance" to those who practise homosexuality because such "blessings" are like prayers for God's presence and help and "almost signify God's approval."
Stowe openly rejects the biblical condemnation of homosexual sins and regards "sexual orientation [such as paedophilia or necrophilia?]" as "not being something that one freely chooses."
The Catholic understanding of free will and responsibility has been rejected by many heretics. Luther, for example, claimed that the will is "subjugated" and that "free will is nothing".

How many kids has this heretic buggered?
If there’s a bishop out there who’s more overtly faggy than Stowe, I haven’t seen him.
This is either Fake News or Real-Sick News.

One is certainly free to choose to reject God, to reject the Way, the Truth and the Life, and to embrace sin.
But the longer one persists in this choice, the more one becomes a slave to sin. The mind deteriorates, and the instinct toward self-preservation is progressively lost. Absent an epiphany, loved ones or a friend willing and able to retrieve one from the abyss, choice loses its meaning. Freedom is gone.

Maybe, but they are at the top of the PAC-12 so far this year.

Where is the misunderstanding here?
Father Fetterman? Or is that what bishops wear in Kentucky?
love whoever you want, heck! love everyone!
but that doesn’t mean you have to stick your pecker in another mans hairy butt!
God takes orders from this Francis guy?
That brown hooded robe is the appropriate habit for a priest of the Franciscan Order of Friars Minor. I observe from wikihahahapedia that he was educated, if that’s the right term, at Saint Louis University and at the Jesuit School of Theology. This might be the source of the problem.
He’s a Franciscan I think................San Franciscan, apparently............
Think the heresy here is that God's approval or disapproval is not a free-will choice of a Priest. You can't make a sin not a sin because some priest blesses it.
However, I think that God does make allowances for some things without approving them. For example:
2 And Pharisees came up and in order to test him asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?” 3 He answered them, “What did Moses command you?” 4 They said, “Moses allowed a man to write a certificate of divorce and to send her away.” 5 And Jesus said to them, “Because of your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment. 6 But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ 7 ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife,[a] 8 and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. 9 What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
--Mark 10:2-9 (ESV)
God's Law handed down from Moses then allows things that God does not approve of. God wants perfection from us, but is patient, loving, and merciful even though we are not there yet.
Thus, it is no business of mine to condemn a gay union. But neither is it any business of mine to approve it nor petition God to approve it.
