I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
1 Timothy 2:1-2
Religion Forum threads labeled “Prayer” are closed to debate of any kind.
Heavenly Father God, we surrender to Your Authority.
We hold tightly to Your Mercy.
We lean upon Your Word.
You are all Truth and Power.
You are our King and Lord.
Heavenly Father God, though the economy is in free fall,
Let us not be shocked, angry or disappointed.
The Revelation of Jesus Christ be our guide.
We lift up those who are not prepared for this time –
Those with no savings, on fixed incomes or underemployed.
We pray that they would find resources, comfort and peace.
Let their hearts not be hardened as prophecy is being fulfilled.
But help them seek Victory in Jesus.
Lord, help each of us navigate these times
With You in our hearts and ever present on our minds.
Let us not be discouraged.
Let us not be afraid.
Let us be filled with the hope and the promise
That our Redeemer lives and He will bring us home.
In His name we do pray

FATHER, we pray Your Will be done; thank You for all things
both great and small. In the Name of Jesus. AMEN!
We come mindful of the upheavals of war, civilian protests and uncertainties facing countries and their leaderships at this time. There is much unrest Lord as we watch lawlessness continue to escalate along side all these...particularly concerning in Western countries. ......but then you did say, as is written , it would be so.
And so Lord we come asking... that while the wiles of men, and the chaos they produce play out, you would use it ALL entirely for your purposes and carrying out your absolute Devine will. For this we pray in trust and hope.
In Jesus' glorious name,.. and may HE be high and lifted up in the days and weeks ahead...

Prayer For Trust In Christ Alone
Dear Lord Jesus, I love You Lord, and I desire that my trust remain in You alone. I want to trust You in every area of my life, and I pray that my trust in You permeates into every part of my being. Lord, I want to trust you in all things so that nothing touches my life that does not have You right there with me.
Lord, help me to trust You for all that I need, my daily needs and my spiritual needs. I want to rely on You and You alone, and not put my trust in my own frail and foolish abilities, for without You I can do nothing, but I can do all things through Christ Who gives me the strength. May nothing in heaven or earth or under the earth usurp Your central position in my life, I pray.
Lord, I want to trust You in every situation and every season of my life, for You have promised to take all things, whether good or evil, and use them together for good, not only for my good and the good of others, but also so that Your name may be glorified through it.
Lord Jesus, I love and I trust You and my hope is founded on You alone. You are my God and Saviour, praise Your holy name.
