Sounds sensible to me- if the kids wanna act like morons after school- fine- whatever- as long as it doesn’t impact others negatively- but in school- they can get with the curriculum and act like normal humans- or spend their time in a mental ward if they can’t hack it- because it’s obvious something is wrong with them mentally
