Guide, Govern and Protect Your People

Oh Lord, our heavenly Father, You created us and have preserved us, despite the way we have gone away from the things of God. Be pleased, we pray, to guide and govern, protect and provide for all You people

We especially pray for the Church, which is the body of Christ, and for all who profess to call themselves Christians. Uphold us with Your gracious hand, convict us of our need of You, unite us together in brotherly love and give comfort to those that are afflicted in body, mind or soul.

Protect Your people and keep us safe, we pray, in the increasingly distressing times in which we live and bring us all into Your wonderful presence and use us for Your greater glory in Jesus’ name,
