Many Jews recognize Jesus to be the Messiah.

He predicted that Israel as a nation would accept Him as Messiah when He returns, but first Israel will accept the false Messiah until he betrays Israel, demanding the world to recognize him as the only God.

No. The Hebew Bible remains the Bible. The Talmud is comprised of the Mishnah (the first major written collection of the Jewish oral traditions that are known as the Oral Torah) and he Gemara (discussion of the Hebrew Bible and Oral Law and authoritative rulings on these.)
