Your Word is a lamp unto our feet.

Lord Jesus, in spite of the frailty of man, you have kept your word pure and intact.

Though your word is being assaulted by the world, we hold fast to your truths.

For those who study the word and apply it shall not be ashamed.

Lord Jesus, the news of the world is most distressing.

Many worries of our future arise in our hearts.

We spend much time trying to cover our bases, our assets, and worry for our government.

Lord, many may be our plans, but the future truly is in your hands.

Lord, may we lay down our burdens and trust you to see us through this coming battle.

Lord Jesus, many times you have sent us angels unaware.

Open our eyes Lord, gives us faith and may we exercise it.

Lord quicken our memory of the events that you have miraculously delivered us, let us remember and thank you.

Lord Jesus, we lift up our elections, our judges, our military, President Trump and the J6 to you mow.

We pray for justice and protection for them.

Lord prepare your Jewish people for the return to Israel.

Lord help us to have a deeper understanding of what is happening now.

Father God, help us to remain faithful. Let us not be distracted or discouraged. Let our lamps be filled with the oil of Your Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for those who are being persecuted for convenience, for political reasons, or because their tormentors are consumed by hate.

Lord, we lift up George Kelly and pray that the jurors will reason favorably for him.

We lift up those who continue to resist You. We pray that they will seek Your blessings rather than Your cursings.

Lord, we lift up our FRiends who need Your mercy, healing or comfort. Help them to find relief and peace in You.

Lord, we thank You for all of our blessings. We even thank You for our tribulations, as they serve to burn away the dross.

We especially thank You for our Savior, Jesus Christ, and in His name we do pray.

Prayer For Illumination And Light

Lead me Lord in the way that I should go, and guide me Father by Your Word of Grace and Spirit of Truth into a deeper understanding and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, Who is the light of the world, and Who illumines the path of all that trust in His saving power. Help me Lord, to look to Jesus, Who is the lamp to my feet and the light to my path.

Thank You that in Christ, I have all that I need for every area of my life, for in Him and through Him we are promised to be able to accomplish far more that we can think or imagine. But Lord, I desire more. Show me more of Him I pray. Open my understanding to know more about Jesus, to know Him more fully and more personally with each passing day, for in Him is all light and life and hope and peace.

More and more and day by day, I pray that the light of the glorious gospel of grace may shine down into my heart, illumine my mind and engage my will to see more and more of Jesus, knowing that as I walk in the light as He is in the light, we will have fellowship one with the other. Praise Your name forever and ever,
