No, let me clarify since the issue itself is not a positive issue in the usual sense. When a news article that has an accurate, truthful presentation of the facts (as opposed to an inaccurate, agenda-driven article) regarding this issue is posted in the news forum, before long it is moved to the religion forum. Those of us who have been trying to determine the policy (since it has not been stated, clearly or otherwise, by FR management) for which articles stay in the news forum and which don't have had great difficulty doing so.

Count me in as one who is puzzled as to how the moderators assign threads to one forum or another. This scandal in the Catholic church is headline news, and most of the articles should appear in news under Crime and Corruption.
However, some few insist on hijacking a news thread and changing the topic to some theological or denominational argument. In those cases, the thread should be shifted to Religion.
