I don’t understand why Congress feels the need to pass a law giving themselves permission to undo O’s “waning days” rules/regs. Any succeeding president can undo any rule/reg of the previous president. Oh well, whatever, I guess.
I was wondering about that as well. My take is that perhaps it was a shot across the bow to Obummer. His admin added another 500 some of rules/regs yesterday or the day before.
