I don't know what you're talking about.. LOL. It's football season for our college football teams and quite a lot of folks are spending their day watching football. I'm NOT one of them. ;)

That flag graphic came from an excellent site. They have some wonderful patriotic graphics.
One day I'd love to learn how to create my own graphics....but I've got a loooooong way to go. LOL!

Matthew, please tell your smoking students on my behalf the story of my eighth-grade (students are age 14) teacher.
She was a smoker. At Christmas one year she had a "hoarseness".
By the following October she was dead of throat cancer, having lost 50% of her body weight and gone through a quarter million dollars of radiation, chemotherapy, surgeries and at last, morphine.
I will be smoke-free thirteen years on Monday.
It is the strongest addiction: even alcoholics on the wagon and junkies who are clean cannot stop smoking.
It is both a matter of knowing one's limits (Dirty Harry Callaghan as played by Clint Eastwood) and having the will (Will, by G. Gordon Liddy).
For the entire first year without smoking it preoccupied every waking moment.
It is much easier to succumb to the addiction--that requires the strength of character of a Bill Clinton.
I quit once, while many find it so easy, they quit over and over.
