Awwwww. Canada has it’s own flight demonstration team. Isn’t dat cute?
To bad the pictures all have the photog’s name plastered on them in huge letters.
Is it an optical illusion, or did one of those F-18’s actually fly under the Golden Gate bridge.?
I doubt it. They have very strict safety parameters I doubt flying underneath a civilian structure with live people on it would be allowed.
I loved them all. Book marked the link and will enjoy them again and again.
I am new to serious photography and I can sure see the expertise of the photographer on these.
I remember when liberal lunacy really started taking over in Seattle, and they banned the Blue Angels from performing during the annual Seafair event. Seafair is one of the very few events held around the US that the Blue Angels repeatedly perform at each year. Seafair has been a tradition here for decades where the navy does a parade of ships through the Seattle waterfront and parks them at docks for visitors, hydroboat races on lake washington, and the blue angels perform over the lake before the final races for the hydros. The anti-military libs tried to use the excuse that the planes were too noisy when they flew over neighborhoods even though the entire show is held over a large lake. The Seattle democrats decided to pander so they banned the Blue Angels for one year and instead, brought in the Canadian snowbirds.
The show was a joke and public outrage was way louder than the anti-military libs. Next year, the blue angels were graciously back, but the Seattle dems continue to try to squeeze them out by placing increased demands on them to perform in a smaller and smaller area.
Thet did not fly UNDER the bridge, but made a more difficult move over and then down to 23’ above the water, a bit slower than the sound barrier...not allowed to blow everybody’s eardrums out
