'Just Say No'

This is exactly what NIKE did several years ago when Operation Push tried to extort money from Phil Knight. Tell Jesse Jackson to 'pound sand' and he just goes away. He will never publicize his failures because if he did, more companies would 'Just Say No'. Another effective strategy would be to threaten Jesse Jackson with a RICO lawsuit if he did anything further to extort money from their company. There are also defamation/libel actions against Jesse Jackson to consider.

You can also add TJ Rodgers of Cypress Semiconductors. he challenged the Reverend Shakedown on his claim that Silicon Valley was racist in hiring (Rodgers wheeled that the numbers to prove otherwise) and Jack$on refused to debate him (I think that Rodgers had went as far as to name a time and place).
