Clean-ups at “Occupy Wall Street” sites prove the movement is full of crap. So is Paul.
I am in no way supporting Paul or OWS. However, in his statement...
“...the people on Wall street got the bailouts and you guys got stuck with the bill and I think that’s where the problem is.”
I am in total agreement with him, and the OWS, as misguided as most of them are.
Just look at Corzine and the folks profiled in “Throw Them All Out.” These people should be in jail! But, they aren’t.
It’s frustrating...
It would have taken a true act of courage on the part of Ron Paul to have said “say, did y’all hear what Newt had to say the other day? He told you to get a bath, and go find a job!”
Now THAT would have been interesting.
I have no problem with folks I don’t care for running for president, but Ron Paul is a democrat’s dream. He will run third party and siphon off enough votes in districts to help Obama.
If Paul were the true expert of history he pretends to be he would know that while it’s nice and ‘democratic’ to talk about choice and such, in reality all political parties today can be put on one of two sides. Look at Italy if you want to see what ‘choice’ means in terms of elections.
So Paul can do his thing which strokes his ego, going around talking about 9/11 and OWS, and then he will keep going long after he should have parked this silly, self-serving dream of his, and will help Obama get re-elected. His fans will say “Don’t blame us,” but I will.
Are you supporting Wall Street bankers who got billions of bailouts? Who put their losses on the taxpayer and kept big bonuses?
You must support that, evidently. The OWS crowd is against that.
Paul tends to mention the Tea Party and Occupy crowd in the same breath, and treat us as equals. There couldn’t be more difference between the two, but Paul doesn’t see anything except the protest.
Can you just imagine the puerile mutants in that audience???????? Holy crap!

Ron Paul supports OWS because Ron Paul is a NUT! Just like most of them are.
The Occupier folks should be supporting Ron Paul....not the other way around.
