From what I gather, there is no general consensus as to what the 3 arrow represent. Antifa is basically a loose collection of various communist/anarchist/revolutionary organizations, and different member organizations apparently give different meanings to the arrows, none of which I’m sure are anything remotely positive or constructive.
I read in one place that the three-arrow symbol was from the Iron Front, a Weimar-era German organization that opposed Bolshevism, Nazism and Monarchism.
Another source said it was opposing racism, sexism and capitalism.
But if it symbolizes what they oppose, wouldn't they want to show broken arrows, or put the arrows behind one of those red circle/slash Ban-the-whatever signs?
Yet another source said the three arrows represent changing society through culture (education), politics (elections), and revolution (violence).
My long answer is the same as your short answer: the arrow symbol seems to mean what you want it to mean.
