Man. Sounds familiar. I fired AOL as my ISP 2 years ago shortly after I switched to AT&T Broadband (now Comcast). I'll never go back to dialup again. Tell her to call and ask for a supervisor or someone with authority. Eventually, they'll figure out how they need to correct their mistake. People call AOL A**OL for a reason !! :O)

We FIRED AOL several years ago, they kept kicking us off line, and for the last 6 months we were with them I couldn't publish my web page due to their CRAPPY new 6.0 version. They say they block spam...except when it's their own ads.
