Not a ping, just adding to the GGG catalog. This is just a load, in case anyone wondered about MHO. Reminds me of the old joke -- a docent at a museum tells the group of tourists that a fossil skeleton was from a creature that went extinct 65 million three years ago. "How can that be so exact?" "Because when I started working here three years ago, they told me it had died 65 million years ago." Before the Chicxulub crater was first identified (circa 1990, although Pemex actually identified it in 1960) as the "smoking gun", the foot-draggers claimed that the dinos had been going extinct for a while before the supposed impact. This is just a handful of global warming demagogues grinding their political axes.
Please FREEPMAIL me if you want on, off, or alter the "Gods, Graves, Glyphs" PING list --
Archaeology/Anthropology/Ancient Cultures/Artifacts/Antiquities, etc.

As far as I know, noone has explored whether the deccan traps eruption was the result of an iron meteor strike that actually shattered the crust of the earth. That would explain the unique flow patterns (and the size) of that feature.
