I have a good (IMO) suggestion for action at theaters where Michael Moore's film is being shown.
The article from "The Hill" at the following link blows one of Moore's key assertions right out of the water:

Print out this article, make a bunch of photocopies, and pass them out to theatergoers. I would think handing them out right after the film, as opposed to right before, would be the most effective.

You might want to find something about how he joined the anti-war fruits to bash Bush too...
Walking peacefully with signs in front of your local theater that shows it that says "Michael Moore Hates America" would do wonders.
I think that most people who are running out to see that film know exactly who Clarke is. The article also states who he is. I think it's better to keep it simple and just provide a couple of things to directly refute Moore's credibility. Too much material of a wide scope will give a tinfoil hat impression, and most people won't bother to read it. One or two short articles that directly refute what they have just seen might actually reach a few people.
The fat slob in question feeds on publicity, and is completely immune to reason. However, as famous as he is becoming, and how blatantly dishonest and hateful he is, he can and should be used to drive a wedge between the far left nut jobs who would watch his movie, and rank and file Democrats.
I would suggest we should calmly ask our less nutty liberal friends to flesh out their position on this guy.
Here's my take. "Michael Moore Hates America" is a subjective statement. People who support him won't agree with it.
Providing a short article or two that objectively shows him to be a liar can actually reach some people on the other side. It pushes the issue to one of credibility and truthfulness, and away from one of political disagreement.
Instead of walking out of the movie, seeing the signs, and thinking, "Oh, they're just saying that because he busted Bush", they'll be thinking, "hmmm... so now I KNOW that these two things were lies, I wonder if ANY of this film is true."
Where do you get the idea that a movie goer would ever want to read a position paper or MORE than one line?

That is all you need on a sign and tons of people seeing that will be uncomfortable and won't go to that.
You are not going to get the red eyed liberals to shy away or listen to you.

It's not a "position paper", which is entirely my point. It's a very short article from the Congressional newspaper.
The second one I posted is even shorter.

No opinion, just journalism.
Some people might even think that they are more information on what a bad man the President is, and read them by accident.
I guess you could do a good cop/bad cop routine: FReepers with signs out front, then a more sympathetic looking person handing out the articles as people come out.
If they read it, that is. Most of the idiots who will pay good money to see this POS already have their minds made up. They won't read anything that threatens to refute Moore's lies.
But it's still a good idea to try. The only thing I would suggest different is to pass out the flyers before the movie--especially if there are lines of bored ticket buyers. Besides, it would be better to get the facts out before movie goers have had their brains worked over by the movie.
Has anyone seen the box office results for ""The Lord of the Rings"? After seeing the movie (all three episodes), my grandson understood the precept of good and evil without explanation. And yes, he understood it was fiction. I'd like to see a movie with the same good and evil theme with good winning out,and be able to say, "That's true. That actually happened." Michael Moore claims to be telling the truth about President Bush or Roger Smith or guns when he knows better. I say fight fire with BIGGER (and better) fire.
Simply stated, the best way to overcome Michael Moore (and his ilk) is to give America a fresh dose of what it really wants... mom, the flag and apple pie. Movies like "The Patriot," "Braveheart," and "Saving Private Ryan" have proven this axiom repeatedly.

You are going to get a glance and a response, they won't all line up to read some hand out and to hand anything out might make people resent you in a movie going venue.
Those kind of signs are no better than the Christian signs I see all the time at certain locales (i.e. New Orleans during Mardi Gras and stadiums after Aerosmith concerts). Those signs (with fire and brimstone messages) do nothing to change people's minds; rather, they turn people away, even Christian people such as myself. It's far better to present your views to people by presenting the facts without any shouting or bold one-liners.
You'd be surprised. Most lefties who consider themselves "activists" are interested in the other side's ammo, (if only to figure out how to refute it), particularly if it was published in a paper like "The Hill", as opposed to NewsMax or WND.
Most of the dummies missed the Hill article when it first was published, and have just seen it now that Scarborough is talking about it. "Oh no! Michael is screwed!" seems to be a common reaction...
Right, but the line that Michael More hates America isn't that bold, and reflects his position.
It makes the statement and will cause a moment of thought in many movie goers and many will not go.
The ones that do go will remember the four words and would be looking for the hate in the movie, so the four word sign is very much a win win.
Also, I plan on pirating this movie and trying to spread pirating of it as much as possible to hurt Michael Moore's pocketbook (I'm purposely using that word instead of wallet). I normally don't pirate things, in fact I'm morally opposed to it, but in this case I will make an exception. I urge others to do the same. I hope he loses money on the movie. It would give me great satisfaction.
If I was doing it myself, I would have no signs, no buttons, no chanting, no sloganeering. I would print out copies of my two pages, and silently hand them out with a smile as people stood in line. That way, they have no idea what I represent until they invest a few seconds into reading what I just handed them.
I would probably prefer to hand them out to people coming out, because after seeing the film, they would already have a frame of reference to understand what Clarke and the Saudi family have to do with anything.
