It sounds to me like you may need to improve your understanding of the mechnics involved in using computers on the internet.
Your computer is infected with "malware/spyware". It has hijacked your browser and probably changed at least one registry setting. Get Ad Aware and Spybot. Run both to remove the spyware. That should solve your problem.
