I thought the VP was going to Hawaii. Is that today or did I hear wrong?

Come on, be fair. Kerry and Edwards have to bus in everybody, provide boxed lunches, etc. It ain't cheap arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

What is more telling is that Kerry is not "charging hard" this weekend. Is this race over?

MI is slipping from sKerry's grasp and he's not even trying to hold it! That's going to be one of those wonderful moments on Tuesday when Rather has to call MI for Bush.

What happened to letting them eat cake?

And what churches will Kerry and Edwards attend and speak on Sunday? If Bush were to pull that in an evangelical church, the MSM would respond with a self-righteous (as well as self-serving) question about the so-called separation of church and state.

I read some place or another (don't recall where, sorry) that Kerry is finding it very difficult to keep up such a heavy schedule. I guess all those years of never appearing in Congress just weren't good training for running for Prez.

I really believe it is. I bet Kerry's internal polling is dreadful. He is behind in enough states that it would take a miracle for him to win. Everything would have to break his way and I just don't think its possible. Rove and President Bush have outmaneuvered the Kerry team in so many ways. I think the Bin Laden tape just about finished them. You could see the deflated attitudes in most democrat media supporters yesterday.

Conspicuously absent is Pennsylvania. Are they saving this state for Monday? Monday's visits will tell us a lot about where their internal polls are and their last minute strategy.

We know that Bush is in tremendously better physical shape than His Dorkness.

I can't wait to see Lurch on ESPN Sunday talking about Lambert Field and his favorite team the New England Red Sox.

Rah rah!!

That's because Kerry will be spending more time in the air, and because the Silky Pony is not a real draw, since he has been campaigning the entire time from an undisclosed location.

Bangor is the heart of Maine CD2. They are still trying to nail down the 1 electoral vote up there that Bush could easily steal.

President Bush in Grand Rapids... Does Gerald Ford ever appear in public anymore? I know he's 91 and in frail health, but a wave to the crowd wouldn't hurt.

I thought Cheney was off to Honolulu this weekend.

He's only on the ground in Honolulu for a couple of hours. I'd guess he will get plenty of rest on the plane, coming and going. So, for just a couple hours of his waking time, we get quite a bit of positive publicity. Sounds ok to me.

"That's kind of weird if Cheney takes all the time it will
take to go to Hi. for four electoral votes. Looks like he would be more valuable in Ohio or Minn. or Wisc."

Try reading between the lines. Cheney can afford to go to HI because he isn't needed in Ohio or Minn. or Wisc.

This race is not nearly as close as the media wants you to think.

Have you been watching, listing or reading the LSM? Think about all the media time just 4 electoral votes have garnered. Best bang for the buck in this campaign. Same for GWB’s visit to NJ.

It was just the President and First Lady this morning in Grand Rapids. It was an awesome rally, and I got Laura's autograph!
