Nobody has the passwords to retrieve Arafat's stolen loot

I just got an email from a guy in Nigeria who says he is Yasser's cousin and has one of the passwords to an account meant for his uncle, who unfortunately died.

I need to send him $25,000 to get the ball rolling.

Would anyone like to share my good fortune and send me $5 to 10K and get a piece of what he says is 123 million dollars?
