"It's weird behavior that hasn't been recognized before on Uranus," Sromovsky said. "It's similar to what's been seen on Neptune,
I don't suppose anyone is going to suggest that these unusual weather patterns across the solar system are indicative of perhaps the sun as a cause for so-called global warming and unusual weather patterns here on earth.
I'll guarantee you though, that had there been recent evidence of unusual clouds on our planet, it would be widely cited as "evidence" of man-made climate change. The solution (as always) would be a global socialist scheme that cracks down on free enterprise as well as intervention in the American economy.

Those photos remind me of the comet impacts in Jupiter's clouds, and the resulting disturbances, back 10 years ago. The only difference is that these clouds are white and those clouds were black ... however, the difference in color could be due to the different atmospheric composition. I wonder if they've thought about that? However ... the point is well made: if this is an example of global warming, WHO is doing the dirty deed there?? Certainly not us! So ... if it's the Sun and other natural forces causing climate change on other planets in our solar system, what arrogance makes us think that we're the one's responsible for any climate changes that might be happening here on Earth.

What comes out of volcano's on Uranus?
To: ElkGroveDan
Uranus would be barely visible on a clear night at mag 5.8. But light pollution has made anything dimmer than mag 4 forever invisible for most people, so we will never see this planet from earth except through telescopes. As Uranus is developed for its resources when we begin to develop the solar system many will see the planet close up, but that won't happen until the 1967 UN Outer Space Treaty is gone and private property rights in outer space exist.

I did read an article that said they had discovered the same warming on other planets in the system. These studies never seem to make the news. If it's happening to all the planets then it can't be human caused. Of course we know their goal is not to "save the planet" but to control the economic development of the US and promote socialism.
