Because as conservatives we don't engage in moral relativism, we still have some standards and ethics, and we call our own out on the carpet when they violate those ethics.

During the Clinton yers, I remember one of the networks doing a made-for-TV movie that was made specifically for the purpose of pushing a bill that was going through Congress (Family Leave Act, perhaps? It had some relation to families). Bubba even made a cameo appearance in the flick to push this initiative.

This is not exactly the same as the Armstrong Williams thing, but it still smacks of propaganda as much as what Williams did. I don't remember an outcry over the Clinton thing, though.
