The judge excluded statements Akbar made to two sergeants who guarded him after the attack, saying Akbar had not yet been informed of his legal rights. I am convinced that "Miranda" was established solely to protect guilty criminals with big mouths. I really despise our system of justice.

It is extremely frustrating, especially in this case of an out and out traitor. I really don't understand why one who would turn on his comrades, committed to the cause of defending freedom, still has his freedom.
