Look, I don't buy into evolution too much, but 6000 years old?

That is a bit ridiculous.

The Bible describes creation. It does not give the date it started. And, furthermore, there are likely thousands of years of gaps in time that Scripture does not record. After Adam etc., no doubt there are perhaps even millions of years missing at points. It doesn't just go from Adam to Noah in a couple generations.

Sorry, but you're both wrong. The universe is just over 43 years old. It came into existance when I was born, simply for my convenience. I'm afraid that are all part of a figment of my imagination, and I'm sorry to tell you that your existance will end when ever I happen to die.
