Why? Corn didn't hide anything to be subpoenaed. He listed Joe Wilson as his sole source in his original article that outed Wilson's wife as Valerie Plame...kicking off this whole escapade. Corn 'hypothetically' fingered the Bushies for leaking the name of Wilson's wife who was a 'covert' agent.
Either he knew her status, or he made one hell of a guess.
