Move America Forward will be conducting the “You Don’t Speak for Me, Cindy” caravan beginning next week. It will feature military family members who have loved ones serving in the war against terrorism in Iraq or Afghanistan. The delegation will be led by Deborah Johns of Marine Moms. (Her son has served in Operation Iraqi Freedom).
Main caravan leaves from San Francisco, California on Monday, August 22nd. Other caravans will depart from around the country. If you want to be part of a caravan, email us with your name and location you will depart from and we will include in our caravan coverage so people in your area can depart with you.
Everyone arrives in Crawford, Texas for a giant “We Support Our Troops AND Their Mission” Rally on Saturday, August 27, 2005.

Because I have a mission critical position here at work and can not take off on such short notice I donated $40 to both Free Republic and Move America Forward.
Stop by your local truck stop and talk to about 50 or so of our fine truckers. I bet within 24 hours every trucker across America will have heard of this event.

I used to be in the business of booking authors/celebrities in the press and media. If need be, I fully intend to use my old guerilla tactics. None of us can afford to let them get away with NOT covering our side in Crawford on the 27th. The mere thought of that is such a nightmare it scares me.

Here's some good news for you. Sean Hannity will be mentioning the caravan and rally at Crawford next weekend during his radio show this week. Got the scoop directly from the 'Great American' himself.
I suggested that he interview Melanie Morgan and/or someone from Free Republic on this show. I even suggested that he fly into Dallas on Friday and join the other talk show hosts for the final two legs of the caravan. Sean Hannity broadcasting LIVE from the caravan. I like that idea! Maybe doug from upland can call into his show early in the week and convince him to make the trip to Texas. Heck, I know there's at least one Ruth Chris steakhouse in Texas that Sean dine at while in state. ;)
I haven't had a chance to read whole thread, so I apologize if I am duplicating something that has been posted already---
I just saw an article in the Ft. Worth Star Telegram that says that the father of a soldier that was killed in Fallujah has opened a camp for counter-protestors, called Camp Qaulls after his 20 year old son, Lance Corporal Louis Wayne Qualls, ----he also has a 16 year old son that will be enlisting when he gets old enough...
The Camp is located next to the Yellow Rose gift store. Mr. Qualls got involved when he drove up from Temple, TExas to see if there was a cross with his son's name on it...There was, and he removed it...but they put another one up...he went back and took the second, plus a few more of troops that he had been told the parents wanted their crosses taken up as well...
This is just some information I came across that ya'll might be interested in...

No doubt! And I know some Freepers don't like Sean promoting his books, mentioning Hannity & Colmes guests during his radio show, etc., but having him on the air LIVE to his 500+ radio stations from the caravan would (will) be just awesome. If Sean, Col. North, Anne Coulter can make this rally somehow in addition to all the folks in radio already committed and get the word out of their appearance in time there will be 100,000+ people there easy.
