Roberts: Day Four Set to Begin
On Thursday, the members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. continue with a third round of questioning. Then six different panels of out- side witnesses deliver their views on the professional and personal suitability of John Roberts to be appointed Chief Justice of the United States. This testimony will take the entire day.

I think that was a GOOD question. And it's the first time I had what I thought was a better answer for Roberts:
The question I would ask is, "Are you an Ideologue". And the answer I would give is "No".
Because, senator, if you think a judicial nominee is not trustworthy, nothing they say can convince you otherwise, and you should vote against them. And if you think they ARE trustworthy, you should trust their answer.
If a nominee is willing to lie on a direct question, they can just as easily lie on all the specific questions asked, to acheive the same results.
