Maybe you don't want to go to the border as a neighborhood watch or maybe you can't take the time. But you sure can take a Saturday morning to make a statement to our leaders. And bring a friend. Being a citizen who wants our laws enforced is no longer a SPECTATOR SPORT. The bigger a showing we have then the more our representatives will pay attention. I'm sure the ACLU, Mecha and the open-borders people will not rest lobbying them for their side.
Please join us. See you there! October 1, 2005 10:30am South Side of the Texas Capitol, Austin, Texas

I can't leave my freakin' pets and 90yr old mom in Southern California to get to Austin, but I want to help. Give me a phone number! I will buy a proxie or something!

If you don't invite the Protest Warriors they'd be a might offended. If your're going up against Saturday morning cartoon villains like MecHa and the ACLU you need SuperFriends like the Protest Warriors there to humiliate them.

I just don't know how to contact them, but you are right! How can we go up against cartoon villains and terrorists w/o PW? Freepers are sorry for how they were treated at Crawford. Sometimes their signs require time to read and a higher IQ to understand their humor and the point.
We promise to make it clear what the signs mean and that they are on OUR side.
Lots of times I'm the "Statue of Liberty" sometimes the "Burka girl" (I'm "batty" during bat education programs) but I think we need something new.
Maybe a terrorist sneaking around with a suitcase bomb? I love the street theatre the left uses, because it can be very effective.
Any ideas?

You can reach them right
here.
Ideas in the street theater vein? How about a hippie-looking Dummy Claus handing out printed up promises for everything under the sun, signed by Big Daddy Government? You could print on his bag, in large letters, "Goodies Courtesy of Taxpayers". A Robin(g) Hood(lum) character would serve just as well.

Oops! I owe you a phone call. Got busy and forgot.
Anyway, not sure if Blastus will make it or not. Blastus Jr. has first soccer game of the season on Sat. but we don't know the start time yet. Sometime between 8 and noon. And I agree with you Bat Lady that a new outfit other than burka girl needs to be developed. Just not so sure about the suitcase bomber idea. I do want Blastus to return home!!! :D

TXBubba,
Thanks for offering to help my friend in the Great Texodus from Houston. Never did hear back from her, so I assume she found other accomodations.
