With the RATS getting ready to tempt fate and fillibuster Judge Alito, they are losing the country on abortion.

Zogby Interactive doesn't belong in Chat, let alone Breaking News.

Yes it is literally dying- all the abortion supporters are aborting their future generation of voters.

We are gradually winning hearts and minds.

Let's call our senators and tell them to vote for Alito, if they want OUR vote.

We WILL win this one, the killing will stop, but how do we deal with the shame of 47 million murdered babies?

I was talking to a fellow from Illinois today at the March for Life. He is the father of 7 and had his two oldest boys with him, youngsters in their mid teens adamantly pro life. Like me and their Dad who was a heckuva nice guy they will never vote for a candidate espousing pro abortion views. The times they are a changing. Believe me.

"The survey shows that 52% favor abortion, including 10% who saying they believe it should be available, but that the government should not pay for it."

I don't believe that any where near 52% favor abortion. Maybe if you phrase the question "for saving the life of the mother" or in cases of rape etc... Maybe. For abortion on demand, maybe 20%.

If any unwary, sane person is shown what the ultimately cruel procedure of partial-birth abortion is, and how it is performed, it will turn him/her pro-life in a flash.

Among Republicans, 77% said that “abortion destroys a human life and is manslaughter,” while 13% disagreed with that statement. Among Democrats, 15% believe that abortion destroys a human life and is manslaughter, and 70% disagreed.

Wow, as many as 15% of Democrats aren't complete morons. Who'd have thunk it?

THe quickest way for the Rats to gain power again is to drop this Roe V. Wade issue.

If they do it's a win-win for them.

Abortion will remain legal, albeit slightly more restricted, and they get rid of an issue that's been killing them in the south.

"Poll shows Abortion support dying"

Was the headline editor out to lunch when this slipped by?

You should use the original headline: "Support for abortion wanes - Zogby Poll "

Encouraging news anyway.

"The survey shows that 52% favor abortion, including 10% who saying they believe it should be available, but that the government should not pay for it."

This is a huge load of cr@p. The only way they even got that response is by asking "Do you favor abortion being available in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the life of the mother?"

Almost nobody favors abortion for mere convenience sake--the major reason for the majority of abortions in this country.

Only Zogby can come up with a poll that has abortion favored over 50%. But then again he over polls dems.

Abortion does support dying.

It is a fact that whenever polling questions get specific about what should be and what should not be lawful when it comes to abortion, the nation wants severe restrictions palced on abortion. Even when the poll is conducted by the lamestream groups.

But the media love to tout "popular support for Roe" which they think is proven by misleading polls that ask respondents if they support "Roe v. Wade or want it completely overturned" (as if they have any idea that Roe now allows abortion on demand throughout all 9 months of pregnancy for any reason at all, or if anyone at all can explain what "completely overturn Roe v Wade" actually means either legally or and the practical effect of any such "complete overturning"), or that ask if they "support Roe v. Wade, which allows abortion in the first trimester" (which clearly misleads the person into thinking abortions in the last six month are NOT allowed under Roe),.
