Don't send money. Send seed, shovels, hoes, rakes and books on agriculture. If they have to grow their own food, they won't have time to dress up in ski masks, stage their RPG parades and plan homicide bombings. The threat of starvation is a great motivator.

I have images of a strutting imbecile with a "palestinian" flag being surrounded by a hundred moron photographers while the macho palestinian idiot's buddies blow up cafeterias, and also images of goosestepping thugs by the thousands with identical ski masks feeling "fierce"... parading around "palestinian" streets instead of doing something... anything... useful...
Excuse me. I just watched another documentary last night about Flight 93, and I am in no mood to cut those animals any slack whatsoever.
