Lessee . . .

The political hacks keep shoving bond issues after bond issue at the voters until they wear them out.

Eventually they slip some past the exhausted electorate -- government goes on to waste and spend and waste and tax. . .

Sounds like a victory for the bad guys.

This is one example of why things like this shouldn't be put to a vote. Democracy fails at micro-management, and the gap is occupied by the well-organized concentrated interests. The same thing happens with school boards and utility boards, etc.
