Hey Kerry. I'll say this in French so you understand: bitez-moi.

Now we find our troops in the middle of an escalating civil war

Where IS this civil war I keep hearing about?

It's like they keep thinking that if they repeat it often enough it'll come true.

Doesn't this line tell you just how poor a candidate Kerry was for the democrats.

John F. Kerry, a senator from Massachusetts, was the Democratic nominee for president in 2004.

I mean when the NY Times has to identify him in this way, the irony is absolutely palpable.

Regards,

TS

Kerry just can't shut up. Traitor Kerry strikes again.

Excerpts from editorial by Kerry:

"Half of the service members listed on the Vietnam Memorial Wall died after America's leaders knew our strategy would not work. It was immoral then and it would be immoral now to engage in the same delusion.

As our generals have said, the war cannot be won militarily. It must be won politically. No American soldier should be sacrificed because Iraqi politicians refuse to resolve their ethnic and political differences."

I just saw who wrote it when I got to the end. Yes, there is difficulty there, and anybody who knew about the ethnic differences knew that going in.

Iraqi politicians refuse to resolve their ethnic and political differences.

We can't even do that here. But it's only the gangs that are having a civil war here.

We have to stay there to keep the factions apart until their government gets strong enough to hold its own if it can. We'd better hope and work for that rather than whine, cut, and run - AGAIN!

Pulling out would result in a terrible blood bath that could spill over into neighboring countries like it did in Cambodia.

Before we even think about exiting, we should be prepared to partition the place instead of leaving them on their own. They deserve our help. Just like Vietnam, we can't play real hardball over there. The libs just couldn't take it. In the end more lives might be saved if we got really ugly with the areas that are producing the insurgents.

As to producing terrorists, that was inevitable sooner or later whether we went in there or not.

Gosh, I just love the latest "Progressive" catch-phrases--
*gasp* "culture of corruption!"
*shriek* "global warming!"
and now the trifecta
*horrors* "ESCALATING CIVIL WAR!!!!"

These people are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, as my father used to say...whenever I hear these phrases, it sets of my lib radar and I realize I'm wasting my time listening. Works for writing too. :-)

Guess it would make a good drinking game, though--
although someone could do some serious liver damage the way these phrases are tossed about by the libs!

Did Traitor John file that story from the front lines? (France?) What a nothing of a person - I wonder if he even shows a reflection in the mirror.

John Kerry in the NY Slimes. Both represent institutions of ignorance: the Democrat party and the LameStream Media.

"First, we supported the war because we thought we'd better present the illusion of strength to the American people. But secretly, we've been trying to develop a strategy that will allow us to embarrass the administration while still appearing to be strong on defense. We seized on the absence of WMDs as a cornerstone of what we call our 'Bush Lied' plan, and began to attack the war as immoral. When those nasty troops rolled into Baghdad like Jeff Gordon getting a checkered flag, we were forced to rethink our attack. So we started providing moral support to the 'insurgents' who were blowing up American soldiers. That gave us a platform from which to demand withdrawl. But that just made us look like cowards. So now we're back to the 'quagmire' myth, this time framed as a horrible 'civil war.'"

Second verse, same as the first.

I am sorry Senator. The people of the USA cannot hear a word you say until you sign Form 180 and release ALL your Military records to us.

Millions of lives might have been saved if FDR had pre-emptively deposed Hitler in 1936, at the time when German forces re-occupied the Rhineland.
