If Minutemen Are Vigilantes, What Do You Call 500,000 Illegal Aliens Demanding Rights?
NewsByUs.com ^ | Apr 10, 2006 | Citizen Conservative

When the Minutemen set up shop at the Arizona border last year to call attention to the illegal alien loophole in US Homeland Security, President Bush foolishly chided these brave patriots by calling them vigilantes. Although chagrined at being deserted by the man who has the constitutional responsibility and authority to defend our borders, the Minutemen dug in their heels and persisted. And persisted.

Their Yankee determination to do the right thing was rewarded when President Bush finally sent additional border patrol agents to Arizona. Even the Mexican government was motivated to pay greater attention, at least temporarily, because of the due diligence of heroic Minutemen.

Before the Minuteman took their courageous stand, open border advocates and anti-American liberals insisted it was “impossible” to stop illegal immigration. Best to just accept reality, learn Spanish, and switch to rice and beans as food stables, according to the leftists and Hispanic racists.

Thank God, the Minutemen PROVED illegal aliens CAN be stopped, thereby delivering a great victory on behalf of all American citizens.

FreeRepublic bans those of us that fear the Republic has been invaded?
FreeRepublic bans those of us that recognize the destruction of America's culture or a civil war is a possible result of invasion through uncontrolled borders?

FreeRepublic bans those of us that see the harbingers of a future that former warriors hate to think of being repeated in the future of this Republic.
Those of us that were sent to commit violence against those that attacked foreign governments, are forbidden from warning or predicting that violence can be repeated right here in America?

Those of us that embarrass or frighten keyboard warriors, with a clear description of what can come from national denial of the circumstances we face from totally uncontrolled illegal immigration and granting "rights" and "entitlements" to burglars who sneak into our homes...

You're the boss.. This is your sandbox... You make the rules...
Perhaps the forum has become a place where those of us that think as we do - are now unwelcome vocal or financial contributors....

I'll "self ban" my own comments, while I "lurk" to follow this situation and "learn the rules"......

Me too. Travis isn't coming back, he's been banned.

Travis isn't coming back, he's been banned>/I>

So I see; as I said yesterday, banning has the effect of keeping many from speaking up, telling the truth and from these threads.

I agree.

I posted something similar about a week or two ago. I asked if those of us who are anti illegal, and being vocal about it, were being sent a message. ie:suspension and banning.

the message is clear; however, truth is not invalidated by suppression.

I remember reading about the early days of the Christians who were persecuted for telling the truth....they came up with code words and symbols....though it was more difficult to communicate, communicate they did. And their numbers increased.....to the dismay of their oppressors and scoffers.

Thanks for the link. That's the new lie from the Bushbots, that he never said that. Now their arguments for their god politician are so weak that they sound like Clintonites, trying to make someone stop in the middle of debate to make them reference every point. That's what arguing with liberals is like. Republicans remind me of liberals more and more every day.

Of course Bush called patriotic citizens "vigilantes." Next thing you know they'll be telling us we had to be there or it didn't happen. These Bots are a hoot.

I was just over at a site reading about the American Revolution and Benedict Arnold. Refreshing myself on the mettle of our ancestors and what they had to endure fighting for this country.

History is not only refreshing....it's educational. I also remember watching, with great interest on the History Channel, about Troy and the Trojan horse.

I've always loved history. Even in school. During math all I did was put on make up, but that's another story.

I also remember watching, with great interest on the History Channel, about Troy and the Trojan horse.

I saw that. Did you happen to catch the one where archaeologist also believe they have found the great wall of Troy? Or where they reconstructed a replica of the Trojan horse and put their best volunteers in it to see if they could remain silent and motionless for hours, as long as the soldiers who were actually in it? That test failed. After a few hours the volunteers started to wiggle around, trying to change sitting positions and the test was called off.

According to the C.I.A. the current population in the United States is 295,734,134.

The estimated population of the illegal "immigrants" is 11,000,000 to 13,000,000. Based on the larger figure of 13,000,000 they make up a bit over 4% of the total population here. Let's not forget that.

For them to be parading around demanding their rights is a bit foolhardy isn't it? We didn't invite them here. They should remember this when they go on a rant. Nor would they or could they get away with this type of anarchy in the countries they left to get here. They are 'uninvited' guests. While this issue is being decided they should remember that!

Yeah, I saw that program, too; it was very interesting. I didn't see the reconstruction/test...that sounds interesting, too.
