Yes. The propaganda about him over the past few years has been strange, to say the least. He sent about two or three thousand non-combat members of his military to Iraq then paid quite a few million in ransoms to the terrorists (which money probably purchased huge amounts of explosives to use against our combat soldiers) for at least three anti-American Italian women.
